System Requirements
*Desktop Computer (as a server)
*Broadband Internet Connection
* A good TV-Tuner Card for Computer (Available at computer stores for around €50)
* Windows Media Encoder 9 (Free Microsoft software : Download Here )
*Router might be helpfull

Step 1: Server Setup & Configuration

Install and set up your TV-Tuner Card in your PC so that you are able to watch TV directly on the desktop PC. Install Media Encoder and you can go ahead, make sure you got above things.

1) Start up Windows Media Encoder 9 Series

2) Choose the default video format for your TV-tuner card.
You need to make sure your video format is set properly. Go to Tools, Options, and, on the General tab, make sure your default video format is set properly for your TV-tuner card.

3) Create a new session
The software provides an easy-to-use wizard to create new streaming session. Click the New Session button on the top menu bar or select from "File" drop-down menu list to open the wizard.

4) Choose "Broadcast a Live Event" option
In wizard, choose the Broadcast a Live Event option.

5) Select and configure video/audio devices
In the New session you will be redirected to the Device Options. You need to specify a video and audio source for your live broadcast.
For the video device, choose your TV-tuner card's option from the pull-down menu.
For the audio device : use the dafault device.

6) Set properties for your video/audio devices
After having selected the devices, click the Configure button next to the device to set properties. The properties you are presented with may vary according to the devices you are using.

7) Choose broadcast method.
After returning to the Device Options screen, click Next in the wizard. You then are asked how you want to broadcast your encoded content. Choose the option "Pull from the Encoder" .

Cool Choose a port on which your viewers can watch it (if you use Sopcast or TVAnts, it's needed to remember the port you've choosen , because you need to stream from mms://localhost:port or http://localhost:port )
Just take a look at your URL for internet connections, localhost means 127.0.0.1 . Remember noth settings with the port and the url.

9) Go to next, and you can select your encoding settings:
Here you need to specify your bitrate for the channels. You might have seen most channels with between 200 and 300 kbps. It depends on your Internet connection to know what it can handle.

10) Archiving
You can choose to archive your broadcast, but keep in mind, that this file can become very large. It's better to put it off.

Then choose not to include video files in your stream, just "I want to encode my selected devices only".

11) Then the display information:
You can leave the fields blank...

12) Summary
Then you can view the summary of what you configured.

13) Finish configuration
Get ready and broadcast:
There will be a dialog box stating, "By default there is no restriction on which clients can connect to this broadcast" . After you click OK on the dialog box, you should be able to see your incoming TV channel that you want to broadcast as a stream. If you do not, click the Properties button to modify the configuration options of your video device set earlier until you start seeing your incoming TV-tuner signal. If you see your TV-tuner signal and it is presenting the channel you want to broadcast, you are ready to start broadcasting. Simply press the Start Encoding button to start the broadcasting and encoding.

Now you can start to broadcast : Get the Ip and Ports you wrote down, then you can decide to show it with Sopcast or TVAnts .

*Go to Channels
*Add (below in the left)
*Input the URL (from MediaEncoder, or another URL you got)
*The Title of our channel
*The Genre
*Tracker : use the normal www.tvants.com server
